the ACCME’s 2004 Standards for Commercial Support, everyone
who is in a
position to control the content of an educational activity certified
for AMA PRA
Category 1 CreditTM is required to disclose all relevant financial

with any commercial interests within the past 12 months that creates
a real
or apparent conflict of interest. Individuals who do not disclose
are
disqualified from participating in a CME activity. Individuals
with potential for
influence or control of CME content include planners and planning
